So it’s critical to understand your customers’ Lifetime Value (LTV) and optimize for it. In this session, Roy will start by defining a formula for LTV that allows you to visualize where you’re leaving money on the table. From there, he’ll take a look at concrete ways to capitalize on those opportunities. You’ll see some things that worked, some things that should have worked, some that completely failed and what was learned from each. Regardless of your technical resources, Roy will give you ways to garner actionable insights into your customer lifecycle and start meaningful conversations with your partners and team members.
