When it came time to launch their own proprietary brand effort, “The Court of the Dead,” Sideshow Collectibles turned to its marketing team to establish this new intellectual property in an already crowded pop culture environment. The team, armed with ideas from Bronto Summit 2014, saw an opportunity to not only engage its audience, but to segment participants into customer personality types. Through creative use of quiz software, incentives, and Bronto workflows, Sideshow successfully launched the new brand and also gained valuable segmentation tools for every email campaign.
