Implementing a pop-up email signup on your website using Bronto’s Pop-Up Manager App is a low-effort, incredibly effective way to gradually increase list growth on a steady basis. Gaylord Archival, a supplier of archival and museum products which serves a finite audience of institutional and government customers, gained over 3,000 new contacts within 6 months through the pop-up alone. They previously averaged about 500 new contacts a year from their website. Utilizing the built-in A/B testing functionality, they determined whether or not to incentivize signup, what kind of incentives perform best, and what design elements, colors and copy garner the best response. Ariel offers insight into their success and reveals how they turned those new emails into active, engaged contacts.
