Chaz joined CEO Joe Colopy, in launching Bronto Software out of Joe's house in 2002. Since then, Chaz has led the company's operations and revenue growth, helping create a rapidly expanding software-as-a-service business employing over 240 people. Headquartered in Durham, N.C., Bronto also has offices in New York, London and Sydney.

 Bronto has been named a “Best Place to Work” five times by the Triangle Business Journal and has made the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing private companies six straight years. Chaz is a past finalist for the “Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for the Carolinas” and is a member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization.
