Elana Anderson is senior vice president of worldwide marketing for Demandware, the industry-leading provider of enterprise cloud commerce solutions. Elana joined Demandware from IBM where she was the vice president of strategy and product management of IBM's ExperienceOne software group.
Elana joined IBM via the acquisition of Unica Corporation in October, 2010. At Unica, Elana was vice president of products responsible for driving product strategy, product management, and product marketing. Prior to joining Unica, Elana served as vice president and research director of the marketing practice at Forrester Research. A highly regarded marketing technology expert, Elana directed Forrester’s marketing practice while focusing her own research agenda on customer marketing strategy, relationship marketing, interactive marketing, customer analytics, and marketing technology.
Prior to Forrester, Prior to joining Forrester, she spent nearly 15 years in various roles exclusively focused on marketing strategy and technology. Ms. Anderson holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Virginia.
