As CIO of Guidance, Jon oversees strategic and technical direction, sales, partner development and client management activities. As a recognized eCommerce expert, he regularly presents at conferences, webinars and panel discussions. Jon has shared his expertise with clients like The Coffee Bean, TOMS Shoes, One Hope Wine, Good360, The Getty, Foot Locker, Ray-Ban and Burlington Coat Factory.  Previously, he was a managing principal consultant for Oracle Corporation. 

Jon has a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master of Science in Design, Analysis, and Management of Information Systems from the London School of Economics.
