As Director of Account Management for Bronto, Skip leads the worldwide team responsible for the business relationship with all Bronto customers. Skip has over 20 years of experience in technology and software sales, as well as the creation and leadership of sales and account management teams. Over the past six years at Bronto, Skip has built a scalable Account Management coverage model for all Bronto clients and developed communication plans and processes to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and client retention. He is a past recipient of the Triangle Business Journal’s “40 under 40” award.
